1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order details.
2. What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To start a return, just email us at email.us@cellplug.us with your order number and photos of the product.
3. How do refunds work?
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For low-cost items like cables, chargers, or screen protectors, we don’t require physical returns — we’ll simply refund you or send a replacement if the item is defective or arrives damaged.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer exchanges if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please double-check your phone model before ordering, as we cannot guarantee exchanges for mistakenly ordered sizes.
5. What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

If these items arrive defective or damaged, you’re still eligible for a refund or replacement — no worries.

7. Why does my tracking look different?
Most of our items ship from the US with USPS/UPS tracking. A few products ship directly from our overseas warehouse with international tracking to help keep prices affordable. Either way, you’ll always receive a valid tracking link to follow your order.
