Returns

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For low-cost items (such as charging cables, chargers, or screen protectors), we do not require physical returns. Instead, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement if the item is defective or arrives damaged.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Need a replacement? If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a new one at no extra cost.
