Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To start a return, email us at email.us@cellplug.us with your order number and photos of the product.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For low-cost items (such as charging cables, chargers, or screen protectors), we do not require physical returns. Instead, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement if the item is defective or arrives damaged.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a replacement? If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a new one at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Screen protectors

  • Chargers & charging cables

  • Used phone accessories

If these items arrive damaged or defective, you are still eligible for a refund or replacement — no worries.
